Plain English: what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.

Who runs this site

angelicfellowshipcloud.org, Angelic Fellowship Cloud, is operated by C-Force Ministry through Rev. Michael Paula, in Los Angeles, California. Angelic Fellowship Cloud is a program of C-Force Ministry, not a separate legal entity. “We” and “us” below mean C-Force Ministry and Rev. Michael Paula. This is an independent spiritual and community site.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to run the site and do what you ask.

  • Just browsing. No account and no signup. We see only the basic visit information described under Analytics below.
  • Giving a gift. The Give button takes you to Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email and card details. We receive your name, email and the amount so we can thank you and keep our records. Your card number never touches our servers. Gifts are voluntary and are not tax-deductible at this time, because C-Force Ministry’s 501(c)(3) application is pending.
  • Booking a one-on-one session. Booking happens on our sister site mrmichaelpaula.cloud, or through Square. A $50 payment is taken to lock your slot. We receive your name, email and the time you choose, and anything you add. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
  • Emailing or calling us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply, and we have no sign-up form on this site.

We do not collect your information for anything you did not ask us to do, and we do not run advertising on this site.

Analytics, fonts, videos and cookies

  • Google Analytics (property G-NNM5MEEXS9). We use it to count visits and see which pages help people. It records things like pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, your approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. It also records when someone clicks a Give button. It uses cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • YouTube. The Frequencies page shows YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The Journey page loads video thumbnail pictures from YouTube, and a video player from YouTube only after you tap play. YouTube and Google may collect information under their own policies when those load or play.
  • Stripe and Square set their own cookies when you give or book. Their policies govern those cookies.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Parts of the site, like giving and booking, may not work if you block all cookies. We do not currently show a cookie banner.

Who sees your information

We share information only with the services that make the site work:

  • Stripe for gifts and payments, and Square if you book through Square.
  • Google for Analytics and Fonts, and YouTube for video.
  • Our web host, which keeps the site online.
  • Our accountant or legal advisers, if needed to meet tax or legal duties, and authorities if the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Some pages carry links to products or services we use, such as Starlink and Hostinger. If you sign up through one, we may earn a referral credit at no extra cost to you. The companies, not us, handle what you enter on their sites.

How long we keep it

We keep gift, payment and booking records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and bookkeeping rules. We keep emails until the conversation is finished. Ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do it unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Security

We use secure connections, trusted payment processors and limited access. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. You must be 18 or older to book or pay for anything here.

Your choices and California rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be treated differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email or call us below. We may need to confirm it is really you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. If we start using something new, such as a new analytics tool or a signup form, we will update this page first.
