Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Plain English: what this site is, how gifts and payments work, and what this site is not.

Who we are

angelicfellowshipcloud.org, Angelic Fellowship Cloud, is operated by C-Force Ministry through Rev. Michael Paula, in Los Angeles, California. Angelic Fellowship Cloud, including its Houseless Initiative, is a program of C-Force Ministry, not a separate legal entity. By using this site or giving or paying for anything here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Gifts and donations

Gifts made through the Give page are voluntary gifts to C-Force Ministry, to support Angelic Fellowship Cloud and its Houseless Initiative. C-Force Ministry’s application to the IRS for 501(c)(3) status is pending, so gifts are not tax-deductible at this time. We do not promise receipts for tax purposes. If that changes, we will say so on the Give page and let donors know. Please ask your own tax adviser about your situation. We cannot give tax advice.

Gifts are not refundable unless there was a mistake, such as a duplicate or wrong amount. Email us and we will make it right. See the Give page and the Houseless Initiative page for what the gifts are for.

What else we offer

  • One-on-one sessions ($50). A private 30-minute session, booked on mrmichaelpaula.cloud or through Square. Payment is taken at booking to lock your slot. The booking and refund policy on our home page applies.
  • Free teaching and media. The music, videos and writing on this site are free to enjoy.
  • Albums. Sold on mrmichaelpaula.cloud under the terms posted there.

You must be 18 or older to book or pay for anything here. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, and by Square if you book through Square. Your card details go to the payment company and never touch our servers.

Refunds apply only to purchases, not gifts. For sessions, the policy on our home page applies: you can reschedule free of charge 48 hours or more before your session, a cancellation up to 12 hours before is non-refundable, and an emergency with proof is a full refund. If something else goes wrong with a purchase, tell us. We may, at our discretion, give a refund or credit case by case.

Independence and what this site is not

  • Independent. This is an independent spiritual and community site run by Rev. Michael Paula through C-Force Ministry. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing here is medical, mental health, legal, financial or tax advice, and using the site does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client or attorney-client relationship. Talk to a licensed professional about your situation. If you are in crisis or in danger, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.
  • Spiritual services. Meditation, sound healing, frequencies, mentorship, spiritual guidance and teaching are for personal reflection, faith and growth. They are not a medical treatment, and no outcome is promised. Sound and frequency content is not a cure for any condition.
  • Houseless Initiative. The Houseless Initiative is a program of C-Force Ministry. The village and other plans described on this site are goals and visions, not promises or guarantees of housing or services.

Using the site and our materials

Be kind and be lawful. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it to harm others. Enjoy it personally, but please do not copy, republish or resell it without permission. Third-party videos, logos and names belong to their owners.

We link to other sites and services, such as Stripe, Square, YouTube, Starlink, Hostinger and our sister site mrmichaelpaula.cloud. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. If you sign up through some links, we may earn a referral credit at no extra cost to you.
